Source Embodiment Activation

Source Embodiment Activation with Cristina Star

Intermediate

Guiding you beyond the mind into deeper presence and energetic embodiment.

What is it?

Source Embodiment Activations (SE) are group energy work sessions designed to invoke and amplify your life-force energy through direct activation by a trained facilitator. This somatic, surrender-based practice helps you establish a personal connection to Source through a ceremony-like journey to an hour-long arc of specially curated music. This "come as you are" space is perfect for anyone looking for a greater sense of meaning, purpose or connection amidst the challenges of life on Earth today.

What to expect:

  • Orientation: Introduction to the process and what you will experience.

  • Guided meditation: To help settle into presence and openness.

  • The Activation journey: A deep, hour-long somatic experience to activate your energy, mostly laying down comfortably.

  • Guided Core Practice: Facilitated integration of the activated energy into movement.

  • Group sharing: Opportunity to connect and share insights or experiences.

  • Integration guidance: Practical instructions to support your ongoing integration.

Who is it for?

  • Anyone seeking a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, or connection.

  • Those curious about spiritual discovery and awakening.

  • People willing to move beyond the mind and explore deeper presence.

  • No prior experience with energy work required; sensitivity to energy, mindfulness, embodiment practices, and an open mind are helpful.

  • Ability to remain present with an internal evolving experience for about an hour is necessary.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing in layers

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat to lie on

Safety and considerations:

  • SE Activations are safe for most people.

  • The process can bring up unprocessed emotions or experiences, which is part of healthy transformation. Plan to give yourself time afterward to integrate.

  • Not recommended for those experiencing mental health conditions such as paranoia, delusions, mania, or an aversion to self-reflection.

  • Sobriety is required during the session and strongly recommended 24 hours before and after.

Rose Garden Sound Healing & Yin Yoga

Rose Garden Sound Healing and Yin Yoga
$35.00

Join Blue Muse and Heather Zeeb for an immersive and nourishing Yin Yoga and sound healing journey.

Yin Yoga is a gentle retreat back into yourself, and when paired with sound healing, the practice becomes even more potent. This slow-moving meditation relaxes the muscles, allowing you to reach the deep connective tissues. In addition, the practice of Yin invites the mind and body to come into stillness so that a more profound connection to your inner Being can be discovered and remembered.

The healing sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls will soothe you, raise your consciousness, and carry you deeper into your practice. By combining these two modalities, you will enjoy the opportunity to turn inward and focus on breath and inner stillness while allowing sound waves to wash over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat or contact us in advance to borrow one. You are welcome to bring any yoga props you like to use. In addition, wear warm clothes and bring blankets as it gets chilly when the sun goes down.

Kirtan Concert

Join Astrud and her dear friends for an evening of Kirtan or mantra meditation. We use mantra, sound, and vibration to polish the mirror of the heart and dismantle the illusion of separation. Man means mind, and tra means instrument. Mantras are instruments or tools used to redirect our mind to the Source, Peace, and ultimately, the heart. We use this time to celebrate being alive, send prayers to those in need and be in community.

Saturday, August 23rd | 11:00-1:00 pm
